Port Lincoln South Australia - to - Wagga Wagga New South Wales

leaving Port Lincoln 1st Sep - To Wagga Wagga 7th Sep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
leaving port Lincoln with a few very dark clouds over head.
We started on our way towards Port Auguster.
But there was some very big dark rain clouds that just seemed to follow us.
They seemed to be going the same way as us.
We are heading past Port Auguster.
 looking at the Flinders Rangers in the back ground.
We can see the rain heading strait for us.
It became so heavy and with all the trucks whizzing  past not even slowing down.
Pat pulled over and put his Hazard lights on.
just till it eased up a bit.
That made me happy doing this.
With in half an hour it had all but gone.
We pulled into Morgan a small town for lunch.
 But just happen to see a Bakery's . yum yum.
So of course I sent Pat in with our order.
One chunky meat pie for me - One curry meat pie for Pat.
A cream bun for me  - one iced  doughnut for Pat.
Boy we did enjoy them.
This is the Border line and inception point.
After getting set up at our caravan park.
Love going to see the Murry River again
The bridge over the river is a Border Line.
  Taking you from.
Victoria to New south Wales.
There are some lovely house boats  here.
Also a great caravan park right on the river front.
They have put in a lot of new jetty's along the river.
love these trees. There are so meany growing around Mildura
they are called Chinese Ornamental Plum.
Next day we went to see an old Home Stead.
We both enjoyed walking around it all.
I have to have some fun in the photos.
I no silly old girl. oh well if it makes you smile.
Good one .
We found an old Loo but the door had been nailed shut.
Pat was watching an Paddle Steamer going through a
water lock.
It was good watching it go by.
Arrived 5th Sep. At Wagga Wagga set in caravan park.
so next day of we go again to see the town.
After that we decided to go see.
 The Botanical gardens.
 We found the best part was the Chinese garden.
 This is the walk way to this section of the garden.
Love the Magnolia Flowers.
Pat was so busy taking all the flowers he so enjoyed that.
I loved walking through this section.
So loved the little door ways to each section of a garden.
All of the camellias are not out yet. to early for them . Same with the azaleas.
This has got to be my favorite photo.
I must say I took this one. I no my head is starting to get bigger.
But so love the way the hole in the wall shows another Picture.
Next day being Sunday 7th Sep. we went to the local market in town.
 But was so Disappointed.there would have been only about 14 stalls there
I said to Pat for a town this size cant be-leave this is all they have.
So we went for a walk around the Memorial Park
 Pat is on the phone to Rick for Fathers Day.
We did go up to the look out. But so many trees growing there it is hard to take a photo
They do not even have it laid out for viewing.
 A few visitors. thought the same as us. So we went back to our van
 and had a cupper and get ready for for the next part of our trip home.
