From 24th June Katherine NT. To 29th June at Kununurra WA

We Left Katherine on the 24th June

Going over the Kathrine Lower River Bridge 


Driving into our free camp site for the night. Just after Timber Creek.


Pat is looking for a Boab Nut for me.but there were not any their.


Our next stop 25th June  was just befor the fruit fly inspection station.
This will take us into the next state of Western Australia. 


We spent the afternoon making coleslaw Potato salad and steer fry. 
As we did not want to throw away our veggies at the Inspection point. 
We left the free camp early 26th June so as we could get to Kununurra early. 
So as to look for a Caravan Park. 




Getting ready for the inception. As they have a good look around.  


We all passed ok.  Pat is locking the van up and ready to roll again. 


As we drove into Kununurra. at 1.05.pm 
 There was a very big old Boab Tree.

 

We found a nice Caravan park. We have a nice view from our Caravan.
Till another van come in that space.  
  


They have a small river that is part of a lake. 




One of the caravan owners has brought his small Boat with him.
It looks like a small Tug Boat.

On Friday the 27th June we went for a boat tour called
Kununurra Pond. 
We were picked up by a bus and taken to the boat.

While cruising slowly along they gave us a lovely mixed grill of 3 meats 
of Lamb chop - Stake and Pork with side salad.we all enjoyed our self's.


Ronnie's sister Rose enjoyed her self and looks as tho it was finger licking good.   

The day finished with a great sun set.

  Wyndham WA 28th June
   

Next day the 28th June we all went for a ride to Wyndham WA 
about 101 ks from here.


We drove up to a look out point at the top of the highest Plato.
and wow it was such a great view. It is called 
(  Were Five Rivers Meet  )   




Be for we leave we have one thing to do .


Give our Big Boab Tree a Hug

Ord River Dam.

The next day witch is to day the 29th June
our last day here in  Kununurra  . We are going to see the Ord River Dam.


This is the lower part were they let some of the water out
witch flows down the small River Below.


Pat and Arnold have a natter Waiting for the girls.


It really is so blue the water as the rocks are red.
