We are staying at a lovely caravan park here in Katherine.
We are staying here for 7 nights.

Ronnie and Arnold s van is on the right and we are on the left.

It did not take us long to go find the pool.

 With is very nice but must say the water it is a lot colder they it was in the Mataranka thermal pool. But that not stop us from getting in it was so good.

After the swim in the pool we went to try out the spar with was very good. 

But when the photo came out I had sparkle stars on me. 

So Ronnie called me( fairy sparkle grandmother.)

On mothers day the caravan park put on a  mothers day dinner.
   

We got there early so we do not  have to wait to long for our meals. 

Ronnie had chicken curry. 

Arnold had Scotch fillet steak.

  Pat and I we both had Bear Battered Barramundi.

I must say we all enjoyed our night. 

Pat and  I said we would like to go see the Katherine Gorge. 

So Ronnie and Arnold came with us to book in.

 But found out I would only be able to do half of the trip. 

 As they second part of the trip is walking to the next canyon with over rough path ways. 

But they will let us do the first half. 

 On the 12 May pat and took of for our trip up the

 Katherine Gorge 

But the name has been changed to ( Nitmiluk )

When we reached half way they had a nice shaded place to wait for the other people to come back
.  

Our guide he was very helpful to us.  

But was so worth the ride.
